TM 5-3895-374-10ItemProcedure17Re-install the two conveyor support pins into their location at the rear ofthe chassis.18Reconnect the air brake lines and transport light cables that haveconnections in the drive through area. These hoses and cables arestored on the lower position of the chassis.19Bolt the feed hopper onto the rear of the main chassis for transport.20Fold all ladders for transport.21Extend the landing jacks to their maximum.22Position the hydraulic power pack and connect the hoses to the levellingjack valve.23Using the hydraulic power pack extend the levelling jacks raising thechassis off the ground.24Remove the pads from the screw jacks and store the pads and legs inthe transport position.25Adjust the screw jacks on the front and rear support bases by raising thejacks.26Fully retract the hydraulic levelling jacks.27Disconnect the hydraulic power pack.28Using the surge bin hydraulic system, slightly extend the two rearcylinders mounted on rear support base enough to remove the two pinsholding the support base the main chassis.29Retract the two rear cylinders until the pins can be reinserted. Lock thepins in place by re-inserting the clip pins.30Slightly extend the two front cylinders mounted on front support baseenough to remove the two pins holding the support base to the mainchassis.31Retract the two front cylinders until the pins can be re-inserted. Lock thepins in place by re-inserting the clip pins.32Disconnect all control and power cables and store for transport.33Connect the transport tractor and move the surge bin as desired.page 2 - 65
