Remove thetwo telescoping conveyor support structure pins.31Using the left side hydraulic control valve lever extend the conveyor lift cylinders by pulling the lever.32The conveyor will slowly pivot around its support and raise into the operating position.33Re-insert the two conveyor support pins at the rear of the chassis.34Insert the pins into the upper telescoping conveyor support structure on each side.35Install the platform handrail.36Remove the four corner pins holding the bin legs to the support structure by using the hydraulicsto remove the weight from the pins.37Raise the bin by operating the center and right control valve levers simultaneously. Carefully observe the cylinder extension to ensure that the bin is going up equally at all four corners.38When the bin has been raised to the operating height re-insert the four corner pins.39Lower the bin slightly so that the weight of the bin rests on the support pins and not on the hydraulic cylinders.40Shut off the hydraulic pump on the surge bin.41Position the conveyor stairs and handrail on the conveyor.42Close the front and rear bin doors.43Fold down the ladders.44Remove the bolts holding the bypass chute in the transport position on the platform.45Use a crane to lift, position and lower the bypass chute over the slide chute.46Bolt the two chutes together.47Remove the transport bolt at the bottom of the slide chute.
