(See figure2-38 for sample)23Clear totalizer on screen by entering clear (00), clear (00).24Keyboard-press ESCAPE, start test (6), divert valve will move to DRUM position. Pump willtransfer oil at requested tons per hour.25Screen-verify tons per hour rate is as requested (6 tph), timer is counting down, a/c total (ton) iscounting.26Calibration scale-monitor display weight does not exceed capacity of tank (approximately 4, 500pounds).27Upon completion of test sample (900 seconds), divert valve will return to DIVERT. Manuallyswitch Divert valve to DIVERT.28Record weight shown on calibration scale as "end weight" on calibration sheet.29Record a/c total from screen to calibration sheet.30Feeder panel-select REVERSE on the AsphaltMeterinqPump, select DRUM on Divert valve.Select MANUAL on SpeedControl and increase speed to 100%, tank is being emptied ofasphalt.31Continue this process until 100 to 200 pounds remain on the calibration scale.32Feeder panel-select OFF on the Pump, AUTOMATIC on the Divertvalve, select FORWARD onthePump.page 2-93
