Check with local Safety Office for confined space entry requirements. They must test
atmosphere with a calibrated direct reading instrument for oxygen content, flammable
gases and vapors and potential toxic air contaminants.

Unit maintenance is authorized to replace/repair the lower hook assembly and load
chain, and to replace the safety latch on both the upper and lower hooks. Refer to
Appendix A for Unit authorized parts.
